Obverse Description

The King standing facing in a ship at sea, he holds a sword and a shield which is quartered with the arms of England and France, annulet in field to left of sword hand; around, HENRIC DI GRA REX ANGL Z FRANC (lis after HENRIC)

Reverse Description

At the centre the letter h over a floriated cross with a lis at the end of each arm; in each angle a lion passant guardant below a crown; all within a tessure of eight arches, (between arches 7 trefoils and one lis); around, (mm. lis) DOMINE NE IN FVRORE TVO ARGVAS ME (mullet after DOMINE). (Translation: O Lord rebuke me not in Thy indignation)
