Laureate and draped bust of the King facing left; around, GEORGIUS IIII DEI GRATIA. This coin struck with clashed obverse die, the imprint of Britannia's right arm in front of King's face.
Britannia seated facing right, a lion reclining on her left side, she holds an olive branch in her right hand, which she is resting on a shield, and a trident in her left hand; around, BRITANNIAR: REX FID: DEF:; in exergue, 1823
