Antoninus Pius was Consul for the second time (COS II on this coin) in 139 AD and for the third time from 1 Jan 140. This coin was part of his third issue in 139 AD, on the first he did not have the title P P which he did have for the second, on both of those earlier issues his full name was used whereas here he only uses Antoninus Augustus and Pius.
