Twin triode intended for use as a push-pull class B power amplifier. Used as Class AB2 push-pull output amplifier.

With a 300 volt supply this valve could produce an output of 10 watts. It was designed to be operated with zero bias which eliminated the need for a low impedance bias supply and the distortion caused by the commencement of grid current. 6.3 volt indirectly heated cathode.
