Y.M.C.A. headed writing paper, No. 11 Australian General Hospital (AGH), aka Caulfield Military Hospital, World War I.

Caulfield General Hospital opened in 1916, with the first patient admitted in April 1917.

Physical Description

27 loose sheets of paper. Each sheet is blank on one side and the other side has ruled lines and letterhead printed in black ink. The letterhead includes the motto 'Write Home First' , a scroll with 'No 11 Australian General Hospital' inside surrounded by flowers, and an illustration of the hospital buildings. The YMCA logo with red triangle is at the upper right hand corner.
