This fixed lens 'point and shoot' viewfinder uses a 35mm film and has a 28mm f/3.5 lens. Its name includes the word 'pen' as Olympus wanted it to be considered as 'small and portable' as a pen.
There have been over 10 different models of the Pen-EE camera manufactured since this first model was released.
