Wax model of Doyenne Bussock pear, also known as Bussock, and Doyenne de Merode. The Doyenne Bussock is a dessert pear, harvested in early autumn.

Model based on specimen grown and presented by Charles Draper of 'Charnwood', Hazelglen, 1875. The model was made in the museum by Thomas McMillan for the Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition of 1876.
