The Uvedales Saint Germain is a spreading, cooking variety harvested in late winter.
Model based on specimen from Joseph Bosisto of Richmond in 1875. The speicman weighed 2 lbs, 11 ozs. The model was made in the museum by Thomas McMillan for the Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition of 1876.
