Gala Dinner menu issued to passengers travelling on the P&O Line ship SS Iberia on 9 January 1956. It was collected by Donald Dott during his travels between Australia and Europe in 1954-1956.

Many ships such as the SS Iberia carried both tourists and immigrants, and documents such as dinner menus, luggage labels, and King Neptune certificates were provided to all passengers.

Physical Description

Single sheet of card folded in two to form a booklet. The front cover is printed in aqua and pink vertical pinstripes with text printed on banners and theatrical face masks and cards. The inside of the booklet contains a menu on the left hand side, and on the right there is a blank space for autographs. The back cover is black.
