No. 50 in the series of World War I cigarette cards produced by Magpie Cigarettes. The image is titled 'Bogged in Flanders Mud, Oct. 1917', it depicts soldiers trying to pull two horse and the wagon they pull out of the mud they are bogged in. The images on this series of cigarette cards are official World War I photographs which were displayed at the Australian War Museum, Exhibition Buildings, Melbourne.
