Kodak Film Wallet, manufactured by Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd for H. Clarkson Dispensing Chemist, Brunswick, circa 1930s. The front cover features a sticker and some handwritten customer processing details from the Chemist, as well as the slogan 'Holiday Time is Kodak Time'. The paper envelope is stitched together at the top and bottom and has two small internal side pockets printed with promotional information for Kodak enlargements and film.

This is one of the few examples in the collection that shows how the envelopes were intended for use by individual retailers and chemists.

This object is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.

Kodak manufactured and distributed a wide range of photographic products to Australasia, such as film, paper, chemicals, cameras and miscellaneous equipment. Its client base included amateur and professional photographers, as well as specialist medical and graphic art professionals who used photography, x-ray and other imaging techniques.
