Black and white photograph of two rows of people, mainly children, lining up to look into the Kodak Viewmaster display. This Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd display was at the Queensland Centenary Industries Fair, held in May 1959 at the Brisbane Exhibition Grounds. The accompanying caption with this photograph, as well as the letter from the Queensland Kodak Office to the Advertising Manager at Abbotsford, suggest this was the most successful part of the exhibit, and very popular with children.

This photograph is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.

Kodak manufactured and distributed a wide range of photographic products to Australasia, such as film, paper, chemicals, cameras and miscellaneous equipment. Its client base included amateur and professional photographers, as well as specialist medical and graphic art professionals who used photography, x-ray and other imaging techniques.
