Hand painted caricature of a man depicting Melbourne children's television personality Harry `Happy' Hammond in his trademark checked jacket and hat. He is shown clicking his fingers, which was a gesture he was known for. Hammond hosted The Tarax Happy Show on GTV Channel from 1957 until 1961, when he moved to HSV Channel 7 as host of The Happy Show, which ran until the mid 1960s.

It was painted by an unknown commercial artist named J.Rogers, and was probably done for a local entertainment magazine, such as TV Week or TV Times.
