Handwritten note on A5 letter-headed paper contained in a small handwritten envelope.

It is from Melbourne television personality Judy Jack, who hosted `The Judy Jack Show' on HSV Channel 7. It is written to a boy who was unable to attend a live broadcast of the show.

Produced at the station's studios in South Melbourne, the program is notable as the first children's program to screen on Melbourne television. It ran from September 1956 until late 1957, when it was replaced by `Young Seven'. Unfortunately, as it was broadcast live, no footage remains of the show.
