Miultilith is a printing process that requires either chemically fixing copy on a metal sheet or preparing a paperlike master copy by typing, printing, or drawing

The machine is used primarily by small businesses. The Multilith operates on the same principle as lithography, but through the use of paper placed on a cylinder and run off.

Lithography is a printing process in which the image to be printed is rendered on a flat surface, as on sheet zinc or aluminum, and treated to retain ink while the nonimage areas are treated to repel ink.
