Physical Description

Large, heavy, cast metal food slicer. Slicer can be attached to bench by two long screws. Food would be placed on bed of machine against adjustable guide and pushed towards round cutting blade which is operated by turning handle by hand. Adjustable guide allowed for either thick or thin slicing of food. Slicer was originally painted blue and has a wooden handle. Main bed of slicer can be folded up for easy storage.
