Spray of red artificial flowers made by Marion Kann. Marion (Mimi) was of born in Vienna, Austria in 1910. She immigrated to Australia in 1939, most likely fleeing the persecution of the Nazi regime as she was Jewish. In Australia she married follow a refugee and Austrian Jew Herbert Kann.

Physical Description

Eight pieces of red crepe cut into flower shapes with long, narrow petals. Each has a small cut in the centre. One petal shape, tapered and double-pointed.
