Scotch Pipers at the Children's Fete, Duke of York Celebrations, Sydney. In the foreground, a group of seven boys in highland dress are playing the bagpipes whilst marching. Immediately behind them follow a small group of men in naval uniform, with a contingent of uniformed military behind. A large crowd of spectators is visible in the background. The marching is taking place on an oval decorated with flags.
